Waiting Room
Off
The Waiting Room activates before the general sale. Customers who click "Book Tickets" are held here with a countdown until tickets go live.
When customers can first enter the Waiting Room (typically 30–60 mins before sale).
When the countdown hits zero and customers are released to the booking page.
Show Presale Access Link
Display "Got Presale Access?" link in the Waiting Room for presale code holders
Queue System
Activates automatically if heavy traffic is detected. Customers enter a queue after the waiting room countdown ends, then are released in order.
Queue activates when this threshold is exceeded.
How many customers are released from the queue at a time.
Live Message to Waiting Room / Queue
Send a real-time message to all customers currently in the waiting room or queue for this event.
How it works: When the Waiting Room is active and a customer clicks Book Tickets before the general sale time, they are redirected to the Waiting Room screen instead of the booking page. A live countdown shows time remaining. When the countdown reaches zero, the queue system activates if traffic exceeds the threshold — customers see their position and estimated wait. Otherwise they proceed directly. Customers with a valid presale code can bypass the queue entirely.

How Seating Maps Work
Upload an SVG layout of your venue where each seat element has a data-seat="D12" attribute (letter = row, number = seat). Accessible seats get data-type="accessible". After uploading, go to an event's Tickets & Seating tab to allocate seats to ticket types by clicking them on the map.
